3. Services
Our services — including brand voice development, website copy, campaign messaging, and copy editing — are delivered under separate written agreements. This website does not create a client relationship.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final copy deliverables as specified in their agreement. Copy Cate Inc. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions & Approvals
Every engagement includes two rounds of revision unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copy Cate Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
